Executive Director – The Patient Advocate Certification Board
Danielle Marshall joined the Patient Advocate Certification Board as Executive Director in 2018 to establish operational structures for the newly formed organization.
She has held numerous leadership positions nationally with ASAE, the membership organization for association executives, and on the digitalNow Advisory Group, a committee of dedicated professionals instrumental in the design and execution of the annual conference for C-level association executives.
Prior to PACB, Danielle also served as Chief Strategy Officer, COO and Director of Member & Chapter Services (1998-2016) for Consulting Management Innovators, a National Association Management Company. Other positions held include Director of Development for the Arkansas Educational Television Network (PBS) and Director of Special Events for the American Heart Association, Kansas Affiliate.
