Sponsor Survey
Our goal was to promote our sponsors in a variety of ways so attendees would become familiar with your businesses and offerings. They included:
- website listings: on the homepage, Agenda page, and session description pages
- inclusion of your logo on a slide that was displayed between presentations on the main stage
- a “bingo” game where attendees were encouraged to meet as many sponsors as they could and then
- on-stage recognition during the drawing and giveaways
- inclusion of your ad in our conference book - a great keepsake.
- Silver sponsors = full page color ad
- Bronze sponsors = one-half page color ad
- several hours, in total, for networking and sponsor table visits
- a post-conference webpage where sponsors are still found alongside links to presentations
