The Advocate’s Role in Healthcare: The Employer’s View
Colleen Murphy, BS, MBA President & CEO of The ClareFolio Company

Half of all Americans get their health insurance coverage through their employers. While employers and employees share the cost of health care, employers bear the burden of administration, financing, and enrollment. While all business leaders want employees (and their family members) to get high-quality care, they may not appreciate the complexity of today’s delivery system. This interactive discussion will look at how might patient advocates fill the void?
